Building youth's capacity is our primary goal to respond to our mission to empower youth on their journey to reaching their full potential. At YSS Canada, we believe every young person deserves the tools and support to thrive in today’s digital world. Our TECH Training Program is a free, 12-week virtual initiative that builds youth capacity through hands-on learning, mentorship, and skill-building in the technology sector.

Designed for youth aged 15 to 30, the program breaks down barriers to access and empowers participants with the confidence, knowledge, and real-world experience needed to succeed in tech careers and beyond.

💼 Employment Readiness

Put your new tech skills to work. Through mentorship and hands-on support, youth explore career paths, build resumes, and gain the confidence to step into the workforce.

YSS Canada is a solid support system for Ottawa's BIPOC youth (15-30), providing an empathetic ear and fostering connections that transcend social, emotional, and cultural challenges. Our programs are led and implemented by individuals who share the same characteristics as the youth in the program - fostering a sense of belonging while offering services that meet everyone's needs.
