T.E.C.H - Technology Empowerment Community Hub - Cohort April 2025

Building black youth's capacity is our primary goal to respond to our mission to empower youth on their journey to reaching their full potential. One of our capacity-building initiatives is TECH Training Program which is an initiative designed to break barriers and empower Black youth with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in the Technology industry and beyond. Through hands-on learning and mentorship, participants gain real-world experience, preparing them for the future of work in technology and beyond.

YSS Canada is a solid support system for Ottawa's black youth (12-25), providing an empathetic ear and fostering connections that transcend social, emotional, and cultural challenges. Our programs are led and implemented by individuals who share the same characteristics as the youth in the program - fostering a sense of belonging while offering services that meet everyone's needs.
